So, the gelatin gives it the flexibility and softness similar to Velvetta with infinitely fewer ingredients. Plus you can add flavoring to taste! Sounds good to me

I guess what really shocks me about this recipe I always thought Velveeta tasted more like some kind of American cheese. I would’ve never guessed sharp cheddar. Very interesting.🧐

How about using WHITE cheddar and mixing in mild green chilis to make a queso cheese?! Melt, add some rotel, and serve anytime you want nacho dip!!

So many things you can add, but to be true "velveta" its just plain cheese. Grab those cheese bars when on sale, freeze em until you need them.
