@ilo: For too many young people, decent work is hard to reach. The ILO’s Global Employment Trends for Youth 2026 report shows that the path to decent work is becoming more uncertain, with too few opportunities, insecure jobs, changing skills needs and persistent barriers for young women. Young people need real support in their pathways to work, that comes with rights, protection and opportunities to grow.
