When you do hi-touch, you are supposed to use back camera, because if you use front camera, even if you are just doing hi-touch with no other intention, staffs might misunderstood that you are doing selfies with them. Because not all people follow the rules you know, that's why they watch fans like a hawk. The staff is right because it's her job to ensure fans follow the rules. Hope you can learn from this experience 😊🙏🏻

I’ve been to a lot of GMMTV events. Never once i used the front camera or saw anyone doing it. You should’ve used the back camera to avoid misunderstanding. 😟 some event doesn’t even allow you to film during hitouch 🥲

i think they automatically react on front cams...i put my android in my neck (like a necklace) with the front cam on; while i held my iphone..when one of the staff saw, they flipped the android around 😅

by you using the front camera even for a video you are essentially taking a selfie. Which was a benefits package. Their job is to stop people from doing anything they didn't pay for or do before that specific portion. Language barrier also causes issues and she was making sure you understood it wasnt allowed. She kept saying sorry and no filming and pointed your phone down and the fact she felt the need to hold on to it seems like you were probably not listening and arguing the matter. And yes staff is allowed to use physical means when guest are breaking rules and not listening. She wasnt be rough she was making sure you would stop breaking the rules. Just because others didnt get caught doesnt mean its okay to do. Majority of hi touches are not allowed to be filmed. Fan signs and group/solo photos arent allowed to be filmed either. It was also listed on their ticketing info no filming was allowed
