I don’t understand this logic… yes you may know English but it’s clearly not your first language so if the worker is making an effort to assist you but having trouble understanding you and ask for help to better assist the yelling and belittling is very uncalled for

The other Asians lady's in line are laughing at her. I think she was just embarrassed that the worker asked her sons to translate her requests. To be be fair...The customer does have a heavy accent.
