Vinegar "gets rid" of any odours by leaving its own disgusting one

you will have to pry the scent boosters out of my cold dead hands. I know it's not necessary but I LOVE when my laundry smells like fresh laundry even after being in the wardrobe

I love adding vinegar but I heard you shouldn't use it every cycle because it will also damage all the rubbery parts of the machine.

powdered detergent is even more cost efficient! I buy detergent maybe 2 times a year when I do 5/6 loads a week

1. Washing power is even better value. Liquid is mostly water. 2. If you're frugal you'd air dry your clothes and not use the dryer at all

stop using a dryier, get a hanger and hang ur clothes in ur apartment, and u fold it away when done. 0 electrical cost, and good for the environment

please use powder detergent as it is usually cheaper, packaged in cardboard that can actually either be recycled or broken down far easier than plastic. and no the liquid detergent plastic jugs are NOT recyclable. there are multiple sources and documentaries on this as they are impossible to clean and get the coloring of the detergent out.

Wash on a low temp! Skip unnecessary energy heating, your clothes don't need it anyway most of the time

dry clothes on a rack/clothesline, they'll last longer than if you were to put them in the dryer

Never use fabric softener on baby clothes, it makes them less flame resistant. Better yet don’t use it at all. Like he said it is bad for you clothes. Also do not use to much detergent, it doesn’t rinse out. You clothes will be full of residue which will damage your clothes and irritate your skin. The clothes may seem okay at 1st but as you wear them and your body heat reacts with the clothes it will make your clothes smell musty One of the 1st things my dermatologist told me was stop using fabric softener and use less laundry detergent.
