1. Water alone won’t clear your acne. 2. Forehead bangs can trap oil → clip them back, especially at home or when working out. 3. Retinoids = game-changer, but need 3+ months for results. 4. Sweat + makeup = breakouts. Skip makeup before workouts & shower ASAP after. 5. Double cleanse! Try a cleansing balm or micellar water instead of oil cleansers if you’re breakout-prone. 6. Sulfur wash helps with stubborn acne (and fungal acne!)—the smell fades. 7. Sunscreen is key for preventing dark spots—bonus if it has niacinamide. 8. Even acne-prone skin needs moisturizer → pick lightweight, oil-free, non-comedogenic. 9. Don’t over-exfoliate. 1–2x per week is plenty. 10. Fav spot treatment used in the video: La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ M.
