well patty Mayo is only doing a job....I know that this is in the USA 🇺🇸 but dragging someone on the ground did this in Australia criminal in Australia would file for a lawsuit making out that the person has a walking problem criminal would add up the lawsuits with a lawyer and turn round and ask for a human rights lawyers witch makes it even worse law and forcement police officers in Australia would be up the creek without a paddle but this is Australia I'm taking about criminals in Australia have more rights than what I do ....
