Not only did I not feel like myself anymore, I was told I physically looked different as well. My posture, energy, face, walk, everything. Detoxing from that relationship has been difficult, but I can’t even imagine where I would be if I didn’t.

Narcissists are usually very clever and calculated in their time line. they have already created the future story! so when you arrive there they dole it out in such a way. of course you question yourself. and only if you corner them will they use the safety clause of historical disturbance in their life..

yep! if you notice, they only talked about you but not themselves. when they made a mistake, they blame you for it. I knew a narcissist. She made me so sick to the point where I have to leave because I can not breathe!!! luckily, God got my back and taught her a lesson.

I literally was going insane. Thought I was the narcissist, that I had mpd, rumination ocd and didn’t even know who I was anymore. I was pushed to my limits and became this angry person who would lash out constantly, someone I’ve never been or something I’ve never done before. And the blame always was on me. All the fights were made out to be my fault and I was manipulated and gaslight to the extreme. He of course was cheating on me the whole time. But guys, I finally left. It’s been super rough but I’m free.

This is so true! He changed me in ways I never dreamed I'd be changed. The way I deal with relationships now is completely different. I was never suspicious before and now I am of everyone. My intuition and ability to read people, their emotions and even know their intentions is so strong now. I have definitely learned a lot and things aren't always easy but Im thankful for the gifts and insight I've been given because of what I went through.
