@bellaskitchen25: Crispy Potato Nuggets Ingredients 4-5 medium potatoes (700–800 g) 3 slices white bread, soaked in water and squeezed dry 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 4–5 tbsp potato starch Oil, for frying Chili Mayonnaise ½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise 1-2 tsp hot sauce ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt Pinch of black pepper Boil the potatoes until fork-tender. Drain well and let them steam dry for 10 minutes, then mash until smooth.Soak the bread in water, squeeze out as much water as possible, and finely chop or tear it into small pieces. Add the bread, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and potato starch to the mashed potatoes. Mix until a soft dough forms. If the mixture is sticky, add a little more potato starch. Take a little more than 1 teaspoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Press it gently with the back of a fork to create the shape and ridges.
