That was the last confirmed sighting of either of them alive. What police eventually pieced together instead reads like something out of a script - except this one has real families in Bangladesh still waiting for answers. The unraveling started small: cell tower data placed Limon's phone exactly where Abugharbieh swore he'd never taken him. Once confronted, his story flipped completely. Then came the detail that made headlines on its own - that same night, Abugharbieh had reportedly turned to ChatGPT to ask about disposing of a body in a dumpster, before actually buying trash bags, Lysol, and Febreze. A roommate later spotted him hauling boxes out to a compactor, and a kitchen mat tested positive for Bristy's DNA. It still took two grim discoveries to close the loop: Limon's body, bound and stabbed, dumped along a highway bridge - and Bristy's, found floating in the mangroves days later by a fisherman whose line snagged on the bag containing her.
