Good imfo, quick question, what about if the case it's more then 5 years, it was a murder case back in 1998 and when trough 2002 4 years, so, my real question is there's no statute limitations to file a lawsuit on them ?

I was thrown back in jail for falsely being accused of not charging my ankle monitor, so they claimed they couldn’t track me. I had in home cameras and showed for 2 weeks I charged it every day. I spent 45 days in jail.

yeah if you can find an attorney that will sue them....I went thru this...thru me in jail 50k bond on a he said she said...they dropped charges but was told by attorney I couldn't sue them...I would love to sue the attorney I hired...this court shit is nothing but a joke and all attorneys are theirs....

is there a certain time cap to bring a lawsuit because I tried and they told me no but I was going threw menta issues for then unlawfuly incarcerated me I even went back into addiction then then when I came out of it I called and tried they told me no

How can you proof anything at all. It’s all there, I’m not a lawyer and I seen and heard, thought everything was going fine but when it came to jurors I thought the case was on our side but they turned it over.
