@salisburycc: Help keep our city safe: volunteer as a CCTV operator! As part of our CCTV monitoring service, a dedicated team of volunteer operators monitors the city’s state-of-the-art CCTV and radio system, and we're seeking volunteers to join the team. Working closely with the police, city partners and local businesses, volunteers play an important role in supporting public safety by observing activity across the city centre and reporting incidents when necessary. We're looking for people who: 🔹 are aged 18 and over 🔹 can multitask effectively 🔹 are confident using technology 🔹 can think quickly and remain calm under pressure 🔹 have a keen eye for detail and passion for helping others 📩 Apply today! Anyone interested in volunteering can apply by simply emailing Keith Jackson, CCTV Manager, at [email protected] to express their interest. Whether people are shopping during the day, visiting local attractions or enjoying Salisbury’s nightlife, CCTV plays a vital role in creating an environment where everyone feels safe. Volunteering as a CCTV operator offers a rewarding opportunity to give something back to the community while also developing valuable skills and helping to protect the people who live, work and visit the city every day. #cctv #volunteers #salisbury
