My least favorite accusation is the spiritual psychosis one. I’m not saying people who reality shift can’t have spiritual psychosis, anyone can, but people have been throwing around the term even for things that aren’t even from it and it’s just really ableist (I know what I’m talking about I actually did have spiritual psychosis at one point)

you could explain reality shifting without using the terms we use, and people would 100% believe it, but because it was popularized by (the majority at least) young teenagers/women, all of a sudden it's completely out of the question.

I tried it once, never again. The feeling of leaving my body was probably the most terrifying thing ever. If others do it no issue, good for you and I'm glad you like it but personally I can't without getting that "fake fall" feeling. also... what does your body do when your in the other reality..?

It’s dreaming. Out of body experiences are not shifting our consciousness anywhere else. It’s physically and mentally impossible to shift out of your body. Out of body experiences happen. And there has been a scientific test on it, where they add colours on top of a closet, that you can’t see unless you peek. None of the patients with an out of body experiences managed to guess the colours correctly
