some people just aren't happy unless they're complaining about something, someone reported me to my boss a few weeks ago said they saw me drinking in a pub and then started driving, apparently they then followed me and I was all over the road on the hard shoulder in lane 1 and 2, funny thing is I don't drink, haven't had a drink in nearly 18 months... my boss knows it and said not to worry but if he hadn't I could have lost me job because someone decided to be an idiot

These days, you can’t trust everyone. If you’re out making deliveries, wear a body camera so you have clear evidence and proof to protect yourself. If there’s ever a dispute, you can hand the footage over to your boss. It could be your word against theirs, but the camera doesn’t lie.

My brother took a car back to a customer before from being repaired by a body shop. As my brother was dropping it he noticed th body inside on the drivers door was dented. Told the customer then called me for advise. I said personally get the customer to refuse the car and it will go back to the body shop. Quicker to do that then the customer chasing them for re repair

why don't you take photos after dropping it, on their drive or in front of their house. I thought this was standard.

I'd have cropped the car. if clients sees this could be your job on the line. be surprised how quickly that location can be recognised. any damage they could say it was someone getting revenge on your behalf. more than likely nothing will happen just be careful. as you were working at the time and the photos were of a clients car plate covered or not could be breaking confidential things

one of the best things you can do is take pictures of each job they cant argue then I do the same with my job although what sort of world are we living in if we have to do this for our day to day job 👍keep strong 💪❤️

If he's signed on the dotted line then its tough shit. Get complaints regularly from receivers claiming short orders. First thing I check is the POD. All bar two in three months have been signed off as delivery complete, mo discrepancies. The errant two are stamped accepted unchecked. However, they've failed to notify any shortages or incorrect product delivered within the 24 hour limit. Tough luck!

I remember when me and my friend delivering some sofas. We went in and a lady said ohh can u take off the shoes please. I said yes ofc I can then she straight away do u know what Keep it on and don’t worry. Then weeks later we got a complaint about we went in a new carpet with shoe on and she even took a sneaky picture of us standing on the carpet…… then asking for compensation for a damage :)
