CROSTATA ALLA NOCCIOLA, CARAMELLO SALATO E CIOCCOLATO🌰🍯 se la preparerai sorprenderai tutti🔥 fidati che è molto più semplice di quel che che sembra o potresti pensare🔥 🥧SALVA LA RICETTA: Per la frolla alla nocciola: 100 g di nocciole o farina di nocciole 280 g farina 00 140 g burro freddo 130 g zucchero a velo 50 g uovo (circa 1) Procedimento: Trita finemente le nocciole o scegli di utilizzare direttamente la farina di nocciole, quindi mescolala alla farina 00 e al burro freddo a tocchetti fino ad ottenere un composto sabbioso. Dopodiché aggiungi lo zucchero a velo, l’uovo e termina di impastare fino a formare un panetto; fallo riposare in frigo fino a completo raffreddamento e poi prosegui come da video per formare la crostata💪🏼 Per la ganache al cioccolato e nocciole: 100 g cioccolato fondente 60% tritato 20 g pasta di nocciole 80 g panna calda Per il caramello salato e nocciole: 120 g zucchero 100 g panna ben calda Vaniglia Sale fino 60 g burro Nocciole Ora puoi decidere se lasciarla così oppure ultimarla come ho fatto io in video con una ganache montata alla Nutella (la ricetta la trovi sul mio profilo) , qualche punto di caramello salato e altre nocciole🌰
