I’ve done the same, I’ve decided to drop my Fridays and I only put a reschedule there or I have off. It’s been a game changer since I’m now about a month booked out and someone has to cancel and reschedule or if I ever end up sick and need somewhere to reschedule a few appointments.

I have flex days but I always end up booking them and not charging more and not doing admin on these days 😂😂😂

I love this! I started implementing something like this or I only have three bookable days in the week and Mondays and Fridays are my flex days as you put it. it has been such a game changer for flexibility and variability for clients

Monday is my flex day 🙂 I also take off one Saturday a month, but I can also use this as a flex day in case Monday doesn’t work.
