Even if she did reject it, it would be incredibly dysphoric to look down and see such a drastic difference. No matter what the race of the patient is they should be able to choose to have a donor of similar color if available so as to ease the psychological aftereffects of the surgery

If I remember rightly, this lady had a hand transplant from a young girl who sadly passed away but she remains very close to the young girls mum 🥹 and the mum is just happy she can still hold her daughters hand. It’s a really beautiful story ❤️

Why does the media constantly ruminate on stirring up endless culture wars when there are much bigger fish to fry in our country; even if she did want a hand to match the colour of her skin that is not racism and it dilutes actual racist instances when they do occur
