You give it your requirements, your budget, your timeline. Perfect prompt. You get back a clean recommendation. What you didn’t mention, because it never occurred to you, is that your company tried to switch systems two years ago and it went so badly that three of your project managers still won’t touch anything that changes their daily workflow. So the AI picks the platform with the biggest workflow change. Best fit for everything you wrote down. Almost no chance of working at your company. Better prompting would not have fixed that.
