Thats not actually dulet, its a dulet made from red meat only, you wont find the original traditional duket in restaurants, its only made in homes during holidays and celebrations after a slaughter, so technically what they serve as dulet is a version of kitfo, because kitfo is expensive and needs a special cut of beef they have this as an alternative
