I think you're really missing the point. 1, the cyborgs were treated BRUTALLY for a LONG time and so made cyberstan, you're now failing to see that the bots using HUMANS as fuel is meant to be a mirror to the humans using the BUGS as fuel. 2, the illuminate were literally pacifists and offered humans the cure to actual cancer as a token of good will, the humans took it and then tried wiping them out to steal the technology, the humans wanted them fully eradicated for literally no reason other than greed, the illuminate see it as a moral obligation to wipe out humans to protect other members of the galactic life. leaving humans alone is NOT in the cards for either the bugs, bots, or squids. you're leaving out the fact that humans were planning weaponry for ALL 3 in-between the 1st and 2nd galactic war. the HELLDIVERS aren't the bad guys but super earth and it's leaders 100% are non negotiable

The second war is a direct consequence of the first and we just pissed everyone off. Super earth is directly responsible for all of it. There are no good guys in that Galaxy but Id argue that the Terminids are the least evil. They are just animals now, running on instincts.

The illuminate were pretty much driven to extinction all for trying to be peaceful with humanity.. even offered to cure cancer. They are understandably upset💀. Also why are you acting like super earth isn’t still actively trying to kill them still? They never even offered peace. They’d just genocide them again if they tried to be peaceful like last time

We’re still the bad guys considering there’s still survivors from the first galactic war also the automatons actually do offer the option to join them so they do not want to wipe out ALL humans but ultimately every faction is very evil

Helldivers are victims and the problem at once. Actions have consequences, so i dont think its as easy as anyone being good or evil. Everyone is a victim and an aggressor at different parts.
