For the rolls, I infused Dusk into butter for the brown sugar cinnamon filling and cream cheese frosting, then layered blackberry curd over the filling before rolling the dough. And the blackberry is the bridge! The tart berry curd works with the spiced apple flavors in the cinnamon rolls and takes on a berries-and-cream quality alongside the Amazonian Fog Latte. Here’s something I loved learning about Menjunjes: the name means “concoctions,” referring to the homemade mixtures of leaves, roots, fruits, and flowers that inspired the brand.
