I have found that courage emerges from desperation, a level that kicks your system into do-freeze-or-run overload, and the option to freeze or run are gone. The only option left is DO. Disect any courageous moment in your life with this in mind and you will see it. Don't wait for courage or confidence. They are not things, they are feelings that only come AFTER you DO, when you have evidence something worked out.
