So just to let people know. I've been here many many times. this is the entrance by the exit. if you haven't been to the Louvre you are 100% missing out on one of the most amazing parts of it, which is the main entrance 😅 coming down the escalator in the actual glass pyramid, is such a magical feeling. I would say use this back entrance if you e already been here but I would not recommend for first timers. just get there earlier and wait in line. it's a beautiful building to look at while you wait. lots of people watching. Its worth it.

I realised this back in 2019 😂 queued up for over an hour then when I got inside I realised there was another entrance which wasn't even busy 😂
