There are 3 Jewish republicans serving in the house of representatives. There are ZERO Jewish republican senators. There are 9 Jewish democratic senators and 21 in the HOR. 9 out of 47 democratic senators are Jewish. That is almost 20%. Around 2% of Americans are Jewish.

Shah wanted a strong Iran and wanted fair pricing for oil, since USA raised prices on their commodities. The west did not like that. The west also thought creating a religious belt against Russia would stop the spread of communism to Middle East and thus killing 2 birds with one stone! They ran major propaganda and campaign against “their guy” shah of Iran! Ironically the propaganda was mostly about painting Shah to be USA puppet! Also, shah of Iran didn’t have a place to go after he left Iran and Egypt was the only one that stepped up (cancer and all) and wasn’t the dear American ally!
