Green droppings are confirmatory that the bird has Newcastle, but because that's a sign of a terrible Newcastle disease, we first disregard other conditions and deal with a possibility of Newcastle infection and vaccination is the first action especially if the birds are still lively, any other supportive treatment can then come later.
