Netflix "In Waves and War", is a documentary about veterans who have extreme PTSD through the trauma and it follows their journey doing this, all medically supervised and the results were absolutely astounding. Even MRI scans showed how amazing the results were. It was profoundly humbling to see these poor veterans going through hell abd back out the other side different people.
