@mystique.awakening: Anxiety and trouble focusing rarely show up on their own…and when I scanned this client’s energy, it was clear she wasn’t fighting two separate problems. She was living the exact same imbalance expressing itself in two different ways. Her root was blocked. That’s not a small thing…the root is your foundation, your sense of safety, and when it’s blocked, your nervous system stays on alert even when nothing is actually wrong. That baseline hypervigilance alone is enough to keep anxiety running in the background of everything. Her sacral was overactive, which meant she was absorbing far more emotional energy than was ever actually hers to carry…every mood in the room, every shift in someone else’s energy, landing in her body like it was her own. Underneath all of that, her solar plexus was underactive, which explained why she couldn’t hold her ground or trust her own decisions, even about small things.
