I get it she hit the teacher. but this is not the response the teacher should have made. he was enraged. but teachers should have classes on situations wen it comes to these damn kids. skool is not the same

When I was a kid in 5th grade a teacher smashed me in the head with a book and knocked me out of my seat. All because I was holding my book upside down and grinning like a fool. Everyone laughed at me and I was too embarrassed to tell my parents.

Too bad about the teacher losing his job, but SHE struck HIM first!!! WTF was he SUPPOSED to do??? Call the principal??? We ALL know NOTHING would've happened to her!!! Students have become more and more violent because nothing EVER happens to them. Any classroom teacher can tell you how bad it has become. Teachers have been kicked, bitten, struck, had tables and chairs thrown at them, but the students are NEVER properly reprimanded!!! The absolute breakdown in the classroom, though there had been some issues before, became MUCH more prevalent from 2009 on, when that president pretty much cut out school discipline in his quest to "stop racism", which meant schools were not allowed to discipline black students unless they disciplined an equal number of white students. This paid no attention to the fact that in many schools, 85% of the problems with violence in classrooms were from that one demographic. School districts were required to keep track of every incidence of classroom discipline, specifically race. If the schools punished too many students from one demographic (who were causing a large majority of the problems), the the federal government could withhold federal funds!!! What do you think happened? Superintendents forced principals to stop punishing or disciplining problem kids.

This is not fair, the student slapped him first, she was very disrespectful to him. He shouldn’t have to pay anything to her. I believed that race played a role in the judge decision to convict the teacher. This is not right, this is why some of these white children are going around hurting people,because they think the law is on their side, they won’t get punished according to the law. This judge just created a monster. How society can ever get better, if the judge instead of punishing he instead rewarding her.
