Okay so I’ve seen many of your videos and fascia and the machine. Can you please talk about all the numbers on the machine? I know how to turn it on and use, I just want to know about all the different numbers? I put it to L6 but I don’t understand the F numbers? I use coconut oil and I do press harder on my calves up to the knee and have bruised I’m fine with the bruising bc I know it’s breaking up the fascia, I do know about fascia.
