My PCP is an NP and she's amazing! I have fibromyalgia, an autoimmune disease, chronic pain issues, menopause, anxiety, depression and OCD. she handles all of it without batting an eye and my life is better now than ever.

As an FNP student. Most of my orders come from simply listening to the complaints of my patients. Your backstory tells us what we need to do. However, there are those mysteries and I’m stumped but do continuous research until I can come up with something. I also have a preceptor who truly cares

As an NP I will do everything I can to ensure I take the best care of my patients. If it requires a little more investigation I’m all for it. Just found RA in a patient last week just because I ordered labs 3 other providers didn’t.

I do the same thing for my patients. I had a young lady who seen specialists after specialists and testing and labs for years and they all said i dont know. Within 10 minutes I knew she had hypermobile ehlers danlos/POTS/MCAS.
