* Audit” isn’t a legal power given to them. It’s a name they use for what they’re doing; it doesn’t give them any special authority. * If they’re presenting themselves as educating or testing police on the law, why do the videos repeatedly focus on the same few filming/public-space arguments rather than the wider range of legislation, regulations and local byelaws that can apply?
