How to survive a job you’ve mentally outgrown… when quitting isn’t an option yet. 1. Romanticize your life a little.
The life around your 9-5. Morning coffee, gym after work, cute outfits, solo walks, little routines that make you feel like YOU again. 1. Stop making your 9-5 your entire identity.
It’s something you currently do.
It’s not who you are forever. 1. Have something outside of work that’s yours.
Content creation, learning a new skill, building a side income, anything that reminds you your current situation isn’t your final destination. 1. Protect your energy.
Do your job well… but stop emotionally exhausting yourself trying to prove your worth to systems that would move on without you. 1. Build your exit plan quietly.
This changed everything for me mentally.
The second I started learning how to build income online on the side, I stopped feeling trapped because suddenly… I had options. 1. Stop thinking you need to quit immediately.
You don’t.
Don’t leave until your online business felt stable enough to make that decision responsibly. 1. Give yourself more credit.
Some of you are navigating environments that no longer align with you while STILL showing up every day.
That takes strength too. And honestly? 
Sometimes the goal isn’t loving your current life immediately.
