After starting our company in 1992 it was all work and no play for almost a decade. Along with launching our social media platform Y2G in 1999 we decided to celebrate our accomplishments. We decided to take a trip and invite friends, family, consumers and staff...everyone who played a role in the success of FUBU and flew everyone in private to an Island getaway that was truly a once in a lifetime experience. We flew in artist like Mary J Blige, The Gap Band, The Isley Brothers, Joe, Morris Day & The Time, and Case Run-DMC, Sugar Hill Gang, Biz Markie, Kurtis Blow, Salt-N-Pepa, and Whodini and others to perform. They were all awesome! Celebrate your accomplishments big and small! Celebrating your accomplishments means celebrating yourself. It’s easy to celebrate those around you and fail to acknowledge your own wins. Whether it’s dinner with friends, buying something you’ve been eyeing, or taking a day to pamper yourself, take that time to enjoy how far you’ve come and share those moment with the ones who helped you get there!
