Please tell me what to do, if the management set such energy draining KPI (but still achievable). And if we try to negotiate with it, their only respond is “take it or leave it”. And if we accept it and cannot achieve it, then we won’t get the annual raise or bonus. Me and my colleagues are so desperate and exhausted 😩😩
