The good thing about being the boss is I just say “if you interrupt again I’ll remove you from the conversation”. This weird placating talk is meaningless.

People with ADHD but in because they’re afraid they’ll lose their thought. Because they will. They don’t mean to be rude. They honestly want to help and are in these settings. But as in all things sequence matters. They arnt wrong but he isn’t wrong either. But also it’s not an easy fix.
