tape measures, levels, squares. Incredible that they can vary from one to another. a level flipped around or over can read different. I just like things to be right, because I'm doing it for me. and if I'm doing it for others...I take pride in what I do

You realize if you get five different tapes together they will all be slightly off. Usually up to a 16th. The person who measures should also cut

I’m a millwright. I use Stanley mostly. Because it’s cheap and I’ve dropped them insane levels to have them work. Or mostly work. But tools are like partners. Most don’t work right because you didn’t know how they worked to begin with.
