Because you keep asking the same question.. no the lost pkgs dont get deducted out of their paycheck.. and as far as the back door goes, yes it does happen. Sometimes when making a delivery they go put the back door because its something oversized and heavy or bulk stop... and sometimes you dont go back in the truck the same way you came out. Which results in forgetting to close the door. This job is so go go go sometimes you forget. Try it out sometime and you'll learn.

It’s very common for those slider doors to accidentally open up the inside latch normally break with vibration

Sometimes I had to in a residential area because a package containing chemicals spilled inside and it was making me nauseous dizzy and giving me a headache so I did 🤣 but not in city traffic
