@katievanslyke12: Starting off showing at the NSBA World Show with a BANG!🥳 Kennedy and I were TOP 5 FINISHERS in the Novice Amateur Western Pleasure this morning! 5 years off as a broodmare, 5 months back to training, and 5th place at one of the most competitive shows of the year! Heck of a comeback if I do say so myself!😍 I am SO grateful to all of the people that it took to get us prepared and here to be able to do this. I am truly a blessed woman, and the people that surround me these days make this journey all the more memorable and amazing. VS The First Lady is one heck of a show partner. While I had quite the nerves before our class this morning, I believe parts of this class were our best yet! We had one break that was seen by 2 judges, and we have things that can absolutely be improved, but I’m SO SO proud of our ride and our entire journey together this year! Thank you to everyone (including Ethel the pony horse) who had a hand in making this happen! Thank you thank you thank you!❤️❤️❤️
