Strawberry Glazed Biscuit Doughnuts 😋🍓🍩 The easiest and prettiest indulgence for springtime! Using @Pillsbury Refrigerated Biscuits, they fry up in a matter of minutes, creating a soft, flaky and sweet pastry that everyone will love! 👉 SAVE for the recipe below! ⬇️ INGREDIENTS: 1 can (16.3 oz) Refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Original Biscuits (8 Count) 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries, plus more for garnishing 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar canola or vegetable oil, for frying INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Pour oil into a large round pan (about 10 inches wide and 4 inches deep) to at least 2 inches deep and heat over medium heat until oil temperature reaches 350°F. (The oil is ready when a small piece of dough sizzles and rises to the top.) 2. Meanwhile, cut out the centers of each biscuit using a 1-inch round cookie cutter. 3. Drop dough rings into hot oil, watching carefully and turning when golden, about 1-2 minutes per side. Once doughnuts are golden on both sides, remove to a rack set on a rimmed baking sheet. Repeat until all rings are cooked, and then fry the doughnut holes for a few minutes, turning often until golden all over. 4. Using a small blender or food processor, blend 1/2 cup diced strawberries until smooth. Add the strawberry puree to a small mixing bowl and whisk in powdered sugar, about 1/2 cup at a time, until smooth. (If the glaze is too thick, add a splash of milk and whisk again. If it’s too thin, whisk in more powdered sugar, a few tablespoons at a time, until it reaches a dipping consistency.) 5. Dip the tops of each doughnut and entire doughnut hole into the strawberry glaze and let excess drip back into the bowl. Turn glazed doughnuts back onto the rack, glazed side up. 6. Garnish the top of each doughnut with diced fresh strawberries that have been patted dry, if desired. #ad #homemadedonuts #strawberrydonuts #pillsbury #TheBakerMamaAndPillsbury
