@boho_on_the_go_sews: I am a novice to pattern draughting and alterations. In fact I've only been sewing clothing for around 13 or 14 months. So this for me is a massive leap into the unknown and most likely a huge learning experience. In my previous video, I managed to scale up the pattern I liked from the book using an unconventional yet successful method and now it's time to build the bodice to see how it fits. It looks as if the size of this Habit is TINY (somewhere around a UK 4 to 6) as most surviving 18th century garments are. Which means... I need to use my brain to work this one out.
