And yes, I actually measured my sunscreen. 😂 For the face, ears, and neck, about ½ teaspoon total is a useful rule of thumb to help you get closer to the amount needed for the labeled SPF. The best sunscreen isn’t necessarily the most expensive or the most viral—it’s the one you’ll actually apply enough of and wear consistently.
