These home builders around washinging and Waller counties are building houses like assembly line workers. Most don’t have proper training, or any pride in their craftsmanship. Just get it done and on to the next

that's pretty much all new homes. The questions i would ask. was the concrete poured by a bumper truck ? did they use cable lock system or rear? was the concrete poured extremely wet? is there a warranty for the foundation? all other issues can be repaired, your foundation can not.

This is why I got 2 inspections before and one after it was built. And since I lived close by I swung by there every other day or so. They got used to seeing me.
