⁨ اكتبولي كل ااسئلتكوا وهجمعها واعمل فيديو🥰 و هقولكوا هنا بالظبط كل الحاجات اللي عملتها: ١- اتشخصت androgenic alopecia/ صلع وراثي/ تساقط وراثي من دكتورة الجلدية، فانتوا بتحتاجو تكشفوا عشان تعرفوا دة مش من نفسكوا، ولو مش مقتنعين ممكن تكشفوا عند أكتر من دكتور. بس كل ما بدأتوا ف علاجه بدري كل ما كانت استجابة الشعر احسن، وعلي فكرة هو منتشر جدا. وليه مستويات او مراحل، فانا كنت mild او لسة ف الاول ٢- طبعا الدكتورة وصفتلي مينوكسديل، وشامبو القشرة وعملت جلستين dermapen with growth factors طبعاً النتيجة هتبقي احسن لو كملت ع الجلسات دي! ٣- بستعمل حاجتين بالظبط علي فروة الراس و لحد دلوقتي ليا اربع شهور منتظمة ( مينوكسديل ٥٪؜ ، kaminomoto trigger كل حاجة مرة يوميا ) ولازم تحت اشراف دكتور وفيه حالات بيكون غير مناسب معاها ٤- بعمل derma stamp في البيت وهتلاقوا طريقة تحت دي مرتين او ٣ ف الاسبوع. ٥- واخيرا قصيت القصة/bangs ودة بيفرق جدا ف شكل النوع دة من التساقط لأنه بيأثر علي شكل الشعر اكتر في الشعر من قدام/ الـ crown area طبعا ٤ شهور انا لسة في البدايات والناس بتشوف نتايج المينوكسيديل من ٣-٦ شهور و بتستمروا عليه ف حاسة النتيجة هتكون احسن و أحسن بعدين🥰 #haircare #minoxidil #hairstyle #haircareroutine #hairgoals⁩
