I will never in my life return to this hotel. It was the worst experience I ever had. I was advised by staff that I needed to do my research the next time because they wouldn't themselves stay at this hotel. There was no way to reach anybody who worked at this hotel, other than to go walking around the property looking for somebody. I will say that I didn't meet one nice security guard. She was super kind and tried to be helpful and she was friendly, but she's the only person on the entire property that was friendly outside of the housekeeping manager. This place is so old and so filthy. It is beyond disgusting and disappointing, and I will never... ever my existence return here. went to the convenience store to get a couple things and what should've cost me $18 cost me $39 and when I try to get it corrected, the rude lady behind the register told me that there are no refunds and that it was my problem, not hers only after refusing to leave the store. Did she give me a refund! The toilet in the room, literally runs all night long and so it's hard to get a good nights rest because it's never quiet. When we got our rooms the bedding on BOTH beds were filthy! I asked the housekeeper in the hallway for new bedding and her response was,

Only after stating my case as to why I needed it changed, AGAIN, did she oblige. The room was right outside of the elevator. There was only one working elevator in the entire building. The garage is so tight that it's hard to navigate in and out safely honestly, one of the worst properties I've ever stayed and I'm not exaggerating. Do better @Sand Dunes @Booking.com #summerendstays
