It doesn’t take that long to print it out. The receipt should contain what took place so she can also know what she has to pay for. That’s why they said it will just be a few minutes. Why not print while she went for a walk. They were being unprofessional with her as well

The woman that works at the dentist office is so rude and unprofessional. I would never go back! Why does a patient have to make a second trip to pick up paperwork? Or wait outside of the dentist office for paperwork??? Why couldn't they just print the paperwork and she would have been on her way??? They turned this into a big deal!

Why is it so complicated to print out the procedures they did at this office? That is a little suspicious because in today’s world in most offices across the US you receive your paperwork the same day when you leave your visit regardless of procedure.

dental Office is in the wrong. she's asking for a walkout statement showing a payment wasn't necessary. she wanted to pay, they said no....she wants proof of what was done. she's not asking for chart notes, just a walkout statement! This is BS on the Dental Office part

All dentists I’ve been to present your paperwork after each visit regardless of procedure. Where the heck is this place sure, I don’t have to worry I won’t be going there lol both were in the wrong. Both acting childish the lady over her paperwork and the one not giving it to her. Both need to grow up.

I have Too many questions The office person seems to be just as difficult as this girl does. I feel bad for the cops. They have better things to do with their time than deal with both of these ladies.🙄
