I think y'all vastly underestimate AI. AI is amazing for the medical field, amazing for analysing shit we can't. Without AI it'd also change the gaming industry, cancer research, prob more I haven't read or something too busy to study it. AI is good, but how companies provide it is stupid.

the thing is, ai is great, well machine learning and Deep learning is. generative Ai like GPT is not. deep and Machine learning helped doctors scan CT-Scans and know if patiens have cancer or simulations helped determine how proteine is folded and it could help for so many other cool things. GPT, gemini, etc, those suck, are bad, half assed even and take our whole jobs and resources away.
