I don’t understand why you don’t like Kiara from the third and fourth seasons? On the contrary, she’s become smarter, and in season 4 she’s undoubtedly the best character. I agree that sometimes they tried to turn her into just a girl for guys, but in reality she made her choice, found her love, and still remained just as explosive and charismatic.
