Our new Peadiatrician sat my daughter down today stared her in the face and said “your a naughty little girl aren’t you” then told me it’s not ADHD it’s you letting her get away with bad behaviour. My daughter has a CHROMOSOME DELETION!!!! It’s literally her DNA 🫠🫠🫠🫠

omg babe I feel u. im audhd myself with a nearly 3 year old autistic boy possibly adhd to. smashes his head off everything. attacks me at least 20 times a day or more. this is by far the toughest challenge of my life xxxxx

You got this, Your body gets used to it. Dont trust yourself to remember anything, set reminders for everything. i even have one that tells me to put the rubbish bin out on the corrrect day.

Absolutely feel this to my core! I have zero help or respite both our parents have passed and these holidays I’m absolutely in the trenches, I fix one danger and he immediately finds another 🙈

I hear your girl. somtimes we just feel like theres no1 that CAN help us as much as they try this all lands on us , the "safe space" and its so heavy to carry. I have no solution for you just wanted you to know you are not alone in feeling this x
