the amount of people I see saying "bUt ShE sAiD ShE DiD iT, So cASe CloSeD" and offering no other reason they believe she did it.. have you never heard of false confessions? there are many many reasons people confess to crimes. That cannot be the only proof in something so convoluted and deep as this.

I’m not arguing she didn’t do it. But I am saying the CW has not shown she did it beyond reasonable doubt in this specific criminal case and it was 1st degree which they must prove BOTH. they have not proved either
