I do ingredient prep and I love it I need to get back to it consistently but it helps a lot too so I cook two meats a pot of rice veggies and prep fruit and then I can just heat the meat and side I want and don’t have to technically even eat the same thing everyday also you can basically mix the meat up change the carb or veggie but it’s all gone at the end of the week and it’s perfect

See I actually love this. I meal plan and just stick to the schedule… but whenever I make meals for multiple days, my kids kill it. Mind you, I have three boys 🤯 so they can eat.
